Danielle Gover is a classically, and contemporary trained voice and piano teacher who loves to work with all types of learners and music makers! As a current MCPS choir and general music teacher, she is well equipped with meeting the needs of her students regardless of their background and learning style. She received her bachelors of music from the University of Delaware School of Music, studying under Sarah Seglem-Hocking and with Dr Paul Head in the UD chorale. Throughout her time in college she music directed a pop Acapella group and was in charge of working with soloists to ensure their best sound was produced using pop music pedagogy. Currently, Danielle performs with professional choral groups such as Delaware Choral Scholars, an internationally renowned choir, and Elevation, a choral group that specializes in performing diverse pieces of music such as pop, gospel, jazz, R&B, classical, and contemporary. Danielle is always looking to inspire and cultivate musical skills in students of all ages and cultures.
